Terms of Service

1. The service

InfluencerPe gives creators a public BioHub page, invoice and media-kit tools, affiliate link conversion with short links, and Telegram auto-posting to channels they own. It gives brands a way to register and book a call with our team. Some features are marked as coming soon and may change or never launch.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract in India.
• Keep your password and link code private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person or company per account. Do not impersonate others or claim a Creator ID that belongs to someone else’s brand or name.

3. Affiliate links, earnings and stores

• Affiliate programmes belong to the stores (Flipkart, Amazon and others). Their terms apply to you. InfluencerPe only rewrites and shortens links with the IDs you enter.
• Earning rates shown in the app are the stores’ published rates or our estimates; the store’s final statement decides what is paid.
• Where InfluencerPe collects earnings on your behalf and pays you, the rate split and schedule are shown in the app before you opt in.
• Do not create short links to deceive people, hide the destination, or send traffic that breaks a store’s rules. We may disable links and accounts that do.

4. Telegram auto-posting

You may connect only channels you own or administer and sources you are allowed to copy from. You are responsible for the content posted to your channels, for disclosures required by ASCI and the Consumer Protection Act (such as #ad or affiliate disclosures), and for following Telegram’s terms. The bot posts what your settings tell it to; check them.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, text, links). You give us a licence to show it on your BioHub page and inside the service, and to send it to Telegram and the stores as the features require. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, adult, hateful or misleading.

6. Brands

A brand account is a request for a conversation, not a contract for a campaign. Any campaign, fee or deliverable is agreed separately in writing. We do not guarantee creator availability or results.

7. Fees

The creator tools described above are free today. If we introduce paid plans we will show the price before you pay, and you can cancel a monthly plan at any time for the next cycle.

8. Availability, changes, termination

We work to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or stop features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. You can stop using the service and ask for deletion at any time.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, InfluencerPe is not liable for lost earnings, lost data stored in your browser, store decisions about affiliate payouts, or the acts of brands, creators or third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [Owner: city], India, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them by email with support@influencerpe.com.
