Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Creator accounts. Your name, Creator ID, email, phone number, password, profile photo, city, category, rates, social links and the links on your BioHub page. Today this profile is stored in your own browser (local storage) on the device where you signed up; it is sent to our server only for the features below.
• Telegram auto-posting. The channels you connect, the stores and affiliate IDs you enter, your link code, and, if you connect your own Telegram account with /connect, an encrypted login session. We never store your Telegram password or one-time code.
• Short links and clicks. For every link converted to fkrt.one or influencerpe.com/r we keep the destination, the creator it belongs to, the time of each click and a click ID. We do not store IP addresses or device identifiers of people who click.
• Brand accounts. Company name, work email, contact person, phone, website, industry, budget range and the call slot you choose.
• Email verification. The email address you verify and the one-time code or link we send through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), our email provider.
• Waiting lists and support. The name, email or Creator ID you give when joining a waiting list or writing to us.
• Technical data. Our server keeps short-lived request logs (two days) for reliability. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To run the product: your BioHub page, invoices, link conversion, Telegram posting and brand call bookings.
• To verify that an email address belongs to you and to prevent abuse (rate limits, spam checks).
• To pay affiliate earnings correctly: click IDs let us and the stores match a sale to your link.
• To contact you about your account, a booked call or a feature you asked to be told about.

We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

3. Who sees it

• Brevo delivers verification and notification emails.
• Telegram receives the posts you ask the bot to publish and, with /connect, acts on your behalf in the channels you chose.
• Affiliate stores (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, Purplle, Tata CLiQ and others) receive your affiliate ID and the click ID inside the links you share.
• Hosting on servers in India/EU operated by Hostinger. Backups are kept for 14 days.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

• Short links and click records: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Telegram activity log: 2 days. Server request logs: 2 days.
• Creator bot accounts that were never linked to Telegram and not used for 60 days are deleted.
• Brand accounts and call bookings: until you ask us to delete them.
• Creator profiles in your browser: until you clear them in Settings or clear your browser data.

5. Your choices and rights

• You can see and change your profile in Settings and your BioHub page at any time.
• You can disconnect Telegram (/disconnect) and remove channels whenever you like.
• You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on the server, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@influencerpe.com. We answer within 30 days.
• Verification emails are transactional; we do not send marketing email without asking you first.

6. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Server files with personal data are readable only by the service account. Telegram sessions are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Children

InfluencerPe is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Changes and contact
